The textures being added to the final monument really gave life to the SketchUp model by enhancing the overall design and giving different features to the already complex forms. Light to dark textures i think were used to emphasise the materiality of the objects and to show the different forms that we have combined to make the final monument. The textures that were used are as shown on the 36 customs textures photo in the earlier post.
